Hi, I'm Andreas

AI works
when the vision comes down
and experience comes up.

I translate between the leaders who set the direction for AI and the people who have to make it work. It's in the day-to-day work that you find out what the plan missed.

Three things I stand by

Principles with a wink.

Here are three positions I'm happy to defend in front of a sceptical CEO, and what they mean for you in practice.

WORKTIME →today← where most give uplater
01

AI is more work before it becomes less.

A bit like when the kids want to help with dinner: It's an excellent investment. Just not tonight.

The people who keep the day-to-day running pay the price first, because they have to learn the new tools alongside their regular work. When an AI project stalls, it's more often time than will that's missing.

What it means for you

Give people time to learn the new tools before you start measuring the effect.

dataintegrationsownershipoperationsmodel← the easy part
02

The hard part isn't the model. It's everything around it.

Everyone wants to talk about the model. Nobody wants to talk about why the most important data lives in a spreadsheet called “FINAL_v3_really”.

But that's where it's decided whether an AI solution holds up once people start using it. The model is usually the easiest part to replace.

What it means for you

Start with data, ownership and operations. Then choosing the model becomes the easy part.

how does it work?ask Andreas …(on holiday)→ write it down. then others can too.
03

If it can't be explained, it can't be scaled.

If the answer to “how does it work?” is “ask Andreas”, I haven't finished my job. And I'd like to go on holiday too.

A solution that only the person who built it understands will never be owned by the organisation.

What it means for you

Insist that your AI solutions can be explained by people other than the ones who built them.

What I've led

The principles in practice.

The principles are built on work like these three, from AI adoption and data foundations to tools in daily use. The organisations are anonymised.

2026 · AI adoption

From individual experiments to shared practice.

The result

AI became a fixed part of the work, with clear rules for quality, accountability and operations, and we kept measuring how the tools were used and what they delivered.

2025–2026 · Data foundation

A foundation AI can build on.

The result

A few standard patterns instead of many custom solutions, less to maintain and a stable, traceable data flow. New use cases in analytics and AI can build on the same foundation.

2023–2025 · Generative AI in use

Generative AI in sales and staffing.

The result

Staffing found the right candidates faster, and sales and project teams went into customer meetings better prepared and more confident.

From people I've worked with

In their words.

It is easy to write nicely about yourself. So here are word-for-word excerpts from what former colleagues wrote about me on LinkedIn, with the Danish ones translated.

Four situations keep coming up

Where are you?

Find the one that sounds most like you, and you'll see where it makes sense to start and what you'll have afterwards.

  • “Leadership wants something with AI, but day-to-day work isn't on board.”

    Start withClarification

A short process where leadership and domain experts agree on what should happen first.

  • “We have pilots that never make it into production.”

    Start withArchitecture review

I go through data, integrations and ownership and make a plan for getting the pilot into production.

  • “We need AI in use across our departments.”

    Start withRollout

An engagement over several months where I'm your regular sparring partner and build what's missing.

  • “AI is on the board's agenda.”

    Start withAdvice for the board

I advise the board, so it can ask the questions that decide whether an AI investment holds up.

How I work

I've gone from army medic to engineer and AI lead to running NØRG. I can build the solution myself, and I know the business well enough to understand why it needs to be built.
