Andreas Torp Nørgaard
AI is a bit like when the kids want to help with dinner. It's an excellent investment, just not tonight.
Before the gains arrive, people have to learn the new tools alongside their regular work, data has to be cleaned up, and someone has to own the solution once it's running. Many AI projects stall right there. I help leadership teams through that phase, and I stay until the work has actually become less.

What I do
I run NØRG from Aalborg and work with leadership teams who want AI to work in everyday operations, and with the people who have to make it happen. Much of my work is getting the two to talk about the same solution before it gets built.
I start with data, ownership and operations before we talk about models. And sometimes the best answer isn't AI at all. That may be bad advertising for an AI advisor, but I like transparency.
All the way, to me, means from the first conversation to a solution in production that your own people own and can explain without me.
Experience
I've worked with machine learning, language models, computer vision and agent-based systems, and I follow the field closely enough to tell when something is a real shift and when it's noise.
In recent years, I've led the rollout of generative AI in a knowledge company, set the direction for a shared data foundation that new AI solutions can build on, and built AI tools for sales and staffing together with the people who would use them.
