What I've led.

My principles are built on work like these three, from AI adoption and data foundations to tools in daily use. The organisations are anonymised.

2026 · AI adoption

From individual experiments to shared practice.

Principle 01 in practice
The starting point
A knowledge company where generative AI was only used by the people who had found their own way to it. There were no shared rules for quality, accountability or safe use.
My role
I led the rollout of the full Claude portfolio across both business and tech. Together with colleagues across the company, we chose use cases that made sense in day-to-day work, set rules and guardrails for safe use and trained people to use the tools in their own work, from design and code to knowledge work.
The result
AI became a fixed part of the work, with clear rules for quality, accountability and operations, and we kept measuring how the tools were used and what they delivered.

2025–2026 · Data foundation

A foundation AI can build on.

Principle 02 in practice
The starting point
A company whose core systems (ERP, CRM, PIM and WMS) were tied together by many custom integrations. That made every new use case, AI included, slow and risky to put into production.
My role
I set the strategic direction and the overall plan for a shared integration model. As a team, we turned it into shared data models, simple data contracts and clear principles for who owns the data and its quality.
The result
A few standard patterns instead of many custom solutions, less to maintain and a stable, traceable data flow. New use cases in analytics and AI can build on the same foundation.

2023–2025 · Generative AI in use

Generative AI in sales and staffing.

What I build today
The starting point
An engineering consultancy where it took time to find available consultants with the right skills and to prepare sales meetings that met the customer's needs.
My role
I led the development of two generative AI tools, built together with the people who would use them: one matches project needs with available consultants' CVs and ranks them, and one combines the company's services with knowledge about the customer in a value proposition canvas.
The result
Staffing found the right candidates faster, and sales and project teams went into customer meetings better prepared and more confident.

The background

I'm an engineer with a background in vision AI and neural networks, and I've developed software across the whole stack, from frontend to backend. I bring that experience with me whenever an AI solution has to work in production.

In their words

It is easy to write nicely about yourself. So here is what former colleagues wrote about me on LinkedIn, word for word, with the Danish ones translated.

I have had the pleasure of working together with Andreas for some years and hereby warmly recommend Andreas, both as a human being but also as a professional AI/data scientist profile. When I met Andreas I was like a software-grandma with 20 years in complex software behind me, thus also equipped with a firm (stubborn?) mindset on how to approach IT projects. The gift of collaborating with someone like Andreas, who represents a younger generation, is to get new ideas and new approaches. Andreas is especially good at bridging different peoples' experiences, backgrounds and mindsets with both respect and efficiency. I have worked with Andreas on projects within machine learning, language models, computer vision and agent-based systems. Fun fact about Andreas is also - and this I convey on behalf of two office labradors I know - that he is an exemplary office labrador belly rubber.

Andreas and I worked together on both client projects and building our own business. Andreas always contributed with strong professional integrity and level-headed curiosity. That level-headed curiosity in particular is a great strength for Andreas’ future collaborations: “Can we solve this, and can the business case carry it?”

Having had the pleasure of working with Andreas as a colleague for years at DIS, I can vouch that he has a sharp and ambitious mind, and on top of that his heart and values are in the right place. A strong recommendation from me, and I hope our paths cross professionally again :)
